Some examples include- Spearheaded the launch of member events across 75 markets, logging check-ins at 3,900 events over 18 months while achieving an average satisfaction score of 84%- Established and led the Ambassador program, growing from 12 to 250 volunteers within 6 months while retaining 80% of members over 24 months of the program- Created and managed the community stage, the third track of the agenda, for our biggest event in 2022, Mindvalley University. I used no-code tools and automation to handle communication and sift through 300+ applications. During the 3 week event, I crafted the tailored program with 98 speakers, achieving an audience average score of 4.52/5- Created and scaled the Mindvalley community to Spanish, French, German, Italian, and Portuguese markets, hiring and leading a team of 7 Community Managers while growing the volunteer Ambassador program by 50 in two months- I thrive in the entrepreneurship and startup environment that requires wearing multiple hats, working in the whitespace, and focusing on innovation.
