Responsible for extensive marketing of US based IT staffing company services and marketing and managing the bench consultants. • Have worked with GC/ US Citizens/ TN/ EAD/H1B/ candidates. • Marketing our own H1B bench consultants. • Sending Hotlist to vendors and posting hotlist in Recruiting groups. • Closing skills and the ability to build lasting relationships built on honesty and integrity. • Regular touch with the consultants being marketed to find their comfort level with the requirement and location and also regularly getting their resume up to date. • Posting Consultants profiles in Various Job Portals like Dice, Monster, TechFetch, Career Builder, Google Groups etc. • Responsible for negotiating rates. • Getting Interview Schedules from vendors for the short-listed consultants and coordinating with consulting firms. • Building Strong relationship with the Prime vendors. • Identifying and targeting potential Prime vendors and Clients on a daily basis to increase the flow of requirements. • Maintaining huge database of Vendors by adding new companies to the List • Following up with vendors for feedbacks on every submittal and ensure each and every submittal goes to the end client. • Maintain Candidate Relation, touch base with consultants (H1’s) on daily basis and ensure they receive qualified, appropriate job orders and vendor calls every day. • NCA will be send by the vendor, I will look into NCA if we have any clause then we will check with vendor and discuss with them. • Once getting official project confirmation from the client, providing MSA and NCA signed by companies Accounts Manager or by the President of company. • Responsible for getting PO or Work Order form to sign by Accounts Manager or by the President of company. • Responsible for providing W9, I9, Insurance, Void check and all necessary doc to the vendors for closed consultants.
