I have a technological background in computer science. My 20 years of a professional career was all about building the products, projects, and teams (start-ups): from working for them (caatoosee), through being a technological entrepreneur (NetKIt) to be a social entrepreneur (DEX IC) and support them. What are my biggest assets- Leadership - I build and led the teams of an empowered enthusiast with size up to 50 members, generating yearly revenues up to 2 Mio EUR - Human network - by doing it I build the network- among corporates across Europe (including Alstom Energy / GE Power, Deutsche Telekom Group, O2, Vodafone, E&Y, Alcatel Lucent / Nokia, KBC and others )- among leading research groups across Europe (Fraunhofer, University of Cambridge, TU Deft and others)- among start-ups, as last years I screen more 200 start-ups yearly (by interview, being involved in 3rd parties programs, mentoring them or reviewing their applications)- Wide knowledge - I love innovation and technology, it's any way my background. I spend still many hours screening the breakthrough and understanding how they make our lives better. Most of all I believe in the POWER of PEOPLE. Whether you work with corporate, public, research or startups, there are at the end people behind. We shall understand them, their needs, trying to walk in their shoes. For creating better products and a better society. And yes, I have hobbies :) The biggest hobby is my family - great wife and two little baby girls - followed by sport and some rapid prototyping projects.
