I started working as a Tech Support on 2014 working at Telus International El Salvador. under their accounts as a Tech Support Agent. I moved into Google Cloud Support the year of 2016 where I provided exceptional Support to Worldwide enterprises. I started a new Job under Cognizant International on 2018 as a Phone Support and Email Support. Stopped working there on Feb/2020. I am currently striving and developing myself in Coding and Networking.
