Founded in March 2017, CUISINE LAB is a Geneva-based association committed to the socio-economic inclusion of refugees, embodying Swiss social gastronomy. Promoting cooking as a vehicle for integration, employment, and social cohesion, we offer training and job opportunities in the catering sector through a training restaurant and catering service. This initiative provides those deeply impacted by unemployment with the chance to access stable employment in a sector that constantly seeks passionate and qualified individuals. Thus, we contribute to meeting their families' vital needs while maintaining their dignity and enriching our society with cultural diversity and renewed dynamism. We play a crucial role in the development and implementation of our training programs, supporting future chefs towards obtaining the Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC), an essential step in their professional development and integration.
