Our objective is to assist all professionals who have taken a career break return to the workforce. We do this through working with both individuals and organisations to bring together a largely untapped talent pool with businesses who aim to attract and support returnees, but don't know how to find them. We also provide consultancy to corporates on return to work programmes and coach and train managers and parents on how to successfully manage parental leave.
