Diversity and Inclusion Consultant, Corporate Trainer and Leadership Coach for global banks and professional service organisations across Asia Pacific. As founder and CEO of Career Catalyst Group Ltd (CCG), I draw on over 20 years’ financial services leadership experience to deliver D&I workshops and leadership coaching to the likes of HSBC, BNP Paribas, EY, Goldman Sachs and Citigroup. Skilled at developing inclusive global leaders and propelling women into leadership roles, I design and deliver interactive group workshops including CCG’s widely lauded programmes “Getting Inclusion Right” and ‘Steps to Success’. Working with individuals, I mentor female leaders to become strong role models and emerging female leaders to take charge of their careers. As a certified executive coach, I coach professionals at all levels to gain clarity, confidence and concrete leadership skills, and senior executives to accelerate their development into key positions such as Managing Director or Partner. I am also a Director of “Back to Work Hong Kong”, helping men and women return to the workforce with confidence.
