Harmont & Blaine is an upper-premium brand with Italian roots and a strong international orientation. Established in Naples in 1986 by four founding brothers united by a shared passion, the brand has embraced the philosophy of a casual total look for men, women, and children—characterized by vibrancy, ease, and a distinctive emphasis on color and creativity. Since its inception, Harmont & Blaine—together with its iconic dachshund logo, Blaine, a hallmark of the brand—has achieved steady international growth. In 2022, the private equity fund Bassotto 2.0 entered the company’s shareholding structure, marking a new chapter in its development. In April 2025, the company confirmed the composition of its Board of Directors and General Management, and announced plans to further strengthen its organizational structure by introducing senior managerial profiles—across both staff and business functions—to support the new challenges of the market and the brand’s continued international expansion as outlined in its three-year strategic plan.
