Bristol Temple Quarter

Bristol Temple Quarter is one of the UK's largest, most ambitious city-centre regeneration programmes. Our shared ambition is to deliver homes and thousands of new jobs, alongside new opportunities, public space and sustainable infrastructure. The programme is managed in partnership between Bristol City Council, Homes England, Network Rail and the West of England Combined Authority. In March 2024, the partners formed the Bristol Temple Quarter Limited Liability Partnership to drive forward the comprehensive transformation of the area. Welcoming and inclusive, Bristol Temple Quarter is a place built on partnerships. Emphasising Bristol’s diversity, it fosters job creation, cultural celebration, and environmental revitalisation. Combining robust heritage with sustainable design, it sets a new standard for community-led development in the city's unique spirit.
