تهدف الرابطة إلى تمكين طلبة جامعة قطر من التعرف على مواهبهم ونقاط قواتهم ومسارهم الوظيفي، بالإضافة إلى توعية طلاب جامعة قطر بأهمية التوجيه المهني والتخطيط الوظيفي والخدمات التي يقدمها مركز التطوير المهني بجامعة قطر، كما تهدف إلى تشجيع الطلبة على الانخراط بالأنشطة اللاصفية وتكوين حلقات وصل مهنية بين الكليات وسوق العمل والطلبة، وزيادة انخراط الطلبة بجهات التوظيف الطلابي في الجامعة. تحفيز الطلبة على اقتراح الخدمات التي يرغبون بها والسعي في تحقيقها وارشاد الطلبة إلى برامج التدريب الميداني والرعاية الأكاديمية. The Association aims to enable Qatar University students to identify their talents, strengths, and career path, in addition to educating them about the importance of career guidance and career planning and the services provided by the Career Development Center at Qatar University. It also aims to encourage students to engage in extra-curricular activities and form professional links between Faculties, companies, and students. It also aims to increase students' involvement in student employment services at the university. Furthermore, motivating students to suggest the services they want the university to provide them and seek to achieve them, Last, guiding students to field training programs and academic sponsorship.
