Shafallah Center For Persons With Disabilities
The Shafallah Center for Persons with Disabilities was established in to protect the rights of people with disabilities in Qatar. The Center provides ideal services for people with intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum disorder, whose ages do not exceed 21, in the field of special education and qualification. In addition, it raises societal awareness of their issues and rights to obtain a more independent life and maximize their integration into society. The Center has been operating since 2013 under the authority of the Qatar Foundation for Social Work, which is affiliated with the Ministry of Social Development and Family. The Center was named “Shafallah” to symbolize the hope it inspires in its members and beneficiaries. It is a reference to the name of the wild Shafallah plant that grows in the desert, symbolizing life amidst the dryness of the desert in Qatar. As aforementioned, the Shafallah Center was established to enhance the capacity and inclusion of people with disabilities in society by using modern technology and applying international best practices in a way that suits the Qatari society, with persistent steps to develop the capabilities of individuals to face challenges, achieve success, and enable our children to contribute to the sustainable development of the Qatari society.

منذ أن بدأت دولة قطر الحديثة ، أولى القائمون على أمرها مهمة تعزيز وتكريس دولة الحقوق والحريات والقانون والمؤسسات حيث جاء إنشاء اللجنة الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان بالمرسوم بقانون رقم (38) لسنة 2002 هو الضمانه الحقيقية لحفظ حقوق الإنسان. وفي ضوء النهضة الشاملة التي تشهدها دولة قطر في ذلك العهد تم إعادة تنظيم اللجنة الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان بموجب المرسوم بقانون رقم (17) لسنة 2010 ومنحها الاستقلال التام وجعلها ذات شخصية معنوية وموازنة مستقلة ومقرها الرئيسي مدينة الدوحة ، كما حدد ذلك المرسوم بقانون أهداف اللجنة وإختصاصاتها. وعلى الصعيد الدولي تصنف اللجنة الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان على الدرجة (A) وذلك من قبل التحالف العالمي للمؤسسات الوطنية لحقوق الانسان (GANHRI – لجنة التنسيق الدولية ICC سابقا – والذي يضم في عضويته كافة المؤسسات الوطنية لحقوق الانس In light of the evolution underway in the state of Qatar, priority has been given to promotion and consolidation of state of law, rights, freedoms and institutions; In this regard, the NHRC was established in accordance with Decree Law No.(38) for the year 2002. The NHRC was re-organized in accordance with Decree law no.(17) for the year 2010, thereby consolidating NHRC independence as a permanent official body headquartered in the city of Doha with a separate legal personality and an independent budget; this Decree also specified the objectives and mandates of the NHRC. At the international level, the NHRC was accredited A status by the International Coordinating Committee of National Human Rights Institutions for the Protection and Promotion of Human Rights (ICC) which is a representative body of national human rights institutions drawn from all regions of the world; the NHRC is also a member in the Sub-Committee on Accreditation (SCA) of the International Coordinating Committee (ICC) which is responsible for the accreditation and classification of national Committees all over the world. The NHRC is entitled to participate in the ICC and in its regional sub-group, the Asia Pacific Forum as of March 2012 for a period of 3 years.

Rule Of Law & Anti-Corruption Center
During the Conference of the State Parties to the Third United Nations Convention Against Corruption, held in Doha in 2009, a proposal was made by HH The Emir Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani – may God protect him – for the creation of a centre based on the ideals of mutual cooperation and partnership building, with an international mandate to spread awareness and knowledge of the policies and tools necessary to prevent and combat corruption. The purpose of the centre would be to promote the latest methods and best practices currently available to address corruption and abuses of the rule of law, and through capacity building, training, conferences and seminars undermine corrupt practices in the region. The Rule of Law and Anti-Corruption Centre (ROLACC) was founded on the desire to construct and develop specialized knowledge and skills for use by individual practitioners and institutions, which would lead to the strengthening of the rule of law and fight corruption in line with international standards and national needs. Designed to provide support to all parties battling corruption, particularly from the Arab world, the Centre seeks to create a framework to enable the permanent exchange of experience and expertise in the region through strategic partnerships with the relevant bodies of the United Nations, particularly the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime. As the acting Secretariat body of IAACA, the International Association of Anti-Corruption Authorities, and the acting secretariat of the Conference of State Parties to the Convention Against Corruption, ROLACC is well placed to support national bodies and leading research centers in their goal to create new knowledge and networks for tackling corruption and promoting the rule of law.

تأسس مركز الأمم المتحدة للتدريب والتوثيق في مجال حقوق الإنسان في العاصمة القطرية الدوحة في عام 2009، وهو مركز إقليمي يتبع مفوضية الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الانسان، ويعنى بالتدريب والتوثيق ونشر ثقافة حقوق الإنسان في المنطقة العربية (22 دولة) وجنوب غرب آسيا (إيران وباكستان وأفغانستان). وتكمن أهمية المركز في أن قرار إنشاءه صدر من الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة. ويقدم المركز تقارير دورية عن أنشطته إلى الجمعية العامة كل عامين لمناقشتها وإقرار الموازنة الخاصة به. برزت فكرة انشاء مركز الأمم المتحدة للتدريب والتوثيق لجنوب غرب آسيا والمنطقة العربية، في إطار اللقاء الإقليمي الثاني عشر لمنطقة آسيا والخاص بتعزيز وحماية حقوق الإنسان، والذي عقد في قطر في آذار/مارس من العام 2004. رحبت لجنة حقوق الإنسان في الأمم المتحدة في العام 2005 بفكرة إنشاء المركز، وفي خطوة لاحقة أصدرت الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة القرار رقم 60/153 بتبني فكرة تأسيسه ، ورحبت أيضاً بمبادرة دولة قطرلإستضافته، بحيث يعمل تحت الإشراف المباشر لمفوضية الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان. وأشار القرار أيضاً إلى تفويض المركز بتنظيم أنشطة للتدريب والتوثيق في مجال حقوق الإنسان وفقاً للمعايير الدولية لحقوق الإنسان، وكذلك دعم الجهود لحماية وتعزيز ونشر ثقافة حقوق الإنسان في الإقليم بالتعاون مع الحكومات، ووكالات وبرامج الأمم المتحدة المتخصصة، والمؤسسات الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان والمنظمات غير الحكومية واستكمالاً لإجراءات التأسيس، وقع مكتب مفوضية الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان مع دولة قطر اتفاقية المقر في كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2008، وتم إفتتاح المركز رسمياً من قبل مفوض الأمم المتحدة السامي لحقوق الإنسان في أيار/مايو 2009 في العاصمة القطرية الدوحة.

تهدف الرابطة إلى تمكين طلبة جامعة قطر من التعرف على مواهبهم ونقاط قواتهم ومسارهم الوظيفي، بالإضافة إلى توعية طلاب جامعة قطر بأهمية التوجيه المهني والتخطيط الوظيفي والخدمات التي يقدمها مركز التطوير المهني بجامعة قطر، كما تهدف إلى تشجيع الطلبة على الانخراط بالأنشطة اللاصفية وتكوين حلقات وصل مهنية بين الكليات وسوق العمل والطلبة، وزيادة انخراط الطلبة بجهات التوظيف الطلابي في الجامعة. تحفيز الطلبة على اقتراح الخدمات التي يرغبون بها والسعي في تحقيقها وارشاد الطلبة إلى برامج التدريب الميداني والرعاية الأكاديمية. The Association aims to enable Qatar University students to identify their talents, strengths, and career path, in addition to educating them about the importance of career guidance and career planning and the services provided by the Career Development Center at Qatar University. It also aims to encourage students to engage in extra-curricular activities and form professional links between Faculties, companies, and students. It also aims to increase students' involvement in student employment services at the university. Furthermore, motivating students to suggest the services they want the university to provide them and seek to achieve them, Last, guiding students to field training programs and academic sponsorship.

Sanabel Club
Sanabel Club aims to be a leader in fundraising for humanitarian causes through uniting the community, according to Islamic principles. Sanabel's mission is to lead and train students and faculty members to become more involved in humanitarian activities by organizing charity events in Qatar. The club would hold events and activities that allow QU students to build their fundraising, team management and marketing skills. As well as support the projects licensed by EAA for the annual Charity Week event and other projects planned by the Sanabel Club members, and to support QU students through student aid fundraising events.

Ibpc Qatar
The Indian Business & Professional Council, IBPC Doha, Qatar is a professional organization of Indian expatriates formally launched on the 16th February under the aegis of the Embassy of India, Doha with Ambassador of India to Qatar as its Patron. IBPC is the first apex body under the Embassy of India to be registered as a business council under Qatar Financial Center in February 2017 and in its new structure known as the Indian Business and Professional Council LLC(G). The Indian Business & Professional Council (IBPC) aims to provide a forum for the promotion of trade and commerce and manufacturing & trading joint ventures between Indian and Qatar in addition to promoting investment in either country on a bilateral basis.
