Kindred Works develops and manages purpose-built rental housing that is beautiful, low-carbon, and desirable to live in. As a certified B Corp, our projects are responsible investments and contribute to livable cities, creating long-term stable returns for our investors and lasting benefits to the communities in which we work. Working with multiple landowners across Canada allows Kindred Works to operate at scale, including systems-based thinking, smart technology, innovation, and continuous learning to enhance the projects we build. With 17 active residential projects, we plan to deliver rental homes by 2037 and pledge to fulfil the goals of the Paris Agreement to combat climate change by developing for a low-carbon future, ensuring that all developments are carbon neutral by 2030. We believe that rental housing can provide the kind of lasting security and stability that individuals and communities need so they can realize their potential. Since we develop and manage each of our projects, we can make long-term impacts that drive positive change in the industry and community.
