Caa Training Center

CAA a été crée le 5 février 1992. Du transport de personnel des sociétés du Groupe Blattner, l’activité a été étendue sur les transport commercial de passagers sur des destinations secondaires en RDC. Graduellement la flotte (Grumman, Convair, Antonov) et le réseau a été étendu. En 2005 l’achat du premier MD82 permet à CAA de se lancer dans le transport des passagers sur les principaux axes domestiques. A partir de 2009 la flotte est modernisée et le réseau complété par l’introduction de Fokker 50 et des AIRBUS 320 de dernière génération, offrant ainsi un réseau domestique complet à la clientèle. Fin 2012 marque un nouveau pas dans la stratégie de croissance de CAA par la signature d’un accord technico-commercial avec flyCongo. Mettant ainsi les bases pour le développement à l’international de la compagnie. A la même période, un groupe des instructeurs venu de flyCongo sera engagé dans la perfection de l’exploitation. Ce centre entrera dans un long processus d’agrément pour aboutir à son agrément au 16 Novembre 2017 : N°AAC/DG/PEL/-03/07 Le Manuel de Formation et de Procédures (MFP) utilisé par le Centre de Formation CAA respecte l’ensemble des règlements applicables aux organismes de formation agrées (RACD 3) et sont soumis aux amendements et contrôles. Il se fixe pour objectif de garantir un climat socioprofessionnel lui permettant de réaliser avec efficacité sa mission de formation. Il se veut selon le mode et la forme un cadre idéal pour assurer les formations de base et spécifiques, les recyclages et les qualifications en faveur des PNT, PNC, Personnel technique d’entretien d’aéronefs ainsi que du Personnel d’exploitation au sol en vue d’améliorer leurs performances professionnelles, gage de la sécurité dans l’exploitation du transport aérien. En outre, suivant les nécessités et les urgences, CTC pourra être amené à organiser en faveur des personnels susvisés et du public spécialisé d’autres activités spécifiques en matières notamment de sécurité aérienne ainsi que sur certains aspects liés au développement de l’ensemble ou d’une des parties des activités d’exploitation aérienne. Il pourra également procéder pour le compte des compagnies désireuses de recourir à ses services notamment au recrutement et à la mise à niveau du personnel aéronautique, à l’audit de qualité ainsi qu’à l’assistance dans la conception et la rédaction des différents manuels de procédures.
