Dutch Caribbean Air Navigation Service Provider Dc-Ansp
DC-ANSP is a limited liability company that provides air navigation services (ANS) within the Curaçao Flight Information Region (FIR). These services include- air traffic services (ATS)- communication, navigation and surveillance (CNS) services and - aeronautical information services (AIS) for the six Dutch Caribbean Islands. Air traffic services are provided from the area control center and the Hato Tower in Curacao and the Flamingo Tower in Bonaire on behalf of the Dutch Government. Furthermore, DC-ANSP provides ATS training as a certified Approved Training Organization and also AIS and CNS training. DC-ANSP is an ICAO TRAINAIR PLUS Associate Member. DC-ANSP’s main priority is to deliver safe, efficient and environmentally sustainable air navigation services while leveraging innovative technology and foster collaboration with stakeholders within the ATM industry.

Curaçao Civil Aviation Authority
The CCAA is one of the executive departments of the Ministry of Traffic, Transport and Urban Planning (VVRP). The Organizational chart follows ICAO’s recommendation for smaller countries. In order to perform the responsibilities of its mandate, the CCAA needs staff that is equipped to face the challenges of the future. Under the Director General’s leadership, the organization’s footprint will increase to almost 27 FTE. Training and capacity building will get a high priority in order to ensure that CCAA will employ qualified inspectors who meet international standards. The CCAA has configured its organization along functional lines. Each division specializes in a given process or family of like processes, such as rule making, certification and oversight, etc.
