Their efforts began with the establishment of Casa de Campo, the iconic resort in La Romana, which boasts world-class golf courses, pristine beaches, marine activities, tennis courts, equestrian centers, shooting ranges, shops, restaurants, and a variety of other amenities. The company also owns Hotel Santo Domingo in the capital city and operates several all-inclusive resorts in the eastern region. Since the early 1970s, the company operated a smaller airport (LRM) within the Casa de Campo resort.
