We may focus on others to help, rescue and fix them whilst denying our own needs… avoiding our own needs. We may operate from patterns of blame whilst not being able to have self responsibility or take accountability for what we do or say, or how we treat others. It takes courage to heal. Being supported in a nurturing and non-judgemental space is my wish for you while you traverse your healing journey back to your true self. Releasing conditions, silencing the inner critic and judge and freeing yourself from belief constraints that impoverish your self esteem and self worth.
