We consist of individuals, organisations and industry leaders involved in aeromedical services across Australia and Aoteroa-New Zealand. We exist to unite, inspire and empower the aeromedical community, enhancing patient outcomes, equitable access, aviation safety and innovation across Australasia and the Pacific. Our flagship annual #Aeromed prehospital and interhospital retrieval conference has been bringing and building expertise and research from every aeromedical service provider in our countries and beyond since 1985. Information on past and upcoming conferences can be found at The Society is proud to have Memoranda of Understanding with AAMS (Association of Air Medical Services), EHAC (European HEMS and Air ambulance Committee) and SAMM (Society of Air Medicine Malaysia), and we welcome opportunities to grow our international collaboration and partnerships.
