Construction of new production plant with m2 facility area, equipped with specialized 4 automatic production lines, using the most modern technology, capable of producing appr. 200 tons bakery products per day. 2 Cold lines specialized for rolled up and laminated puff pastry products as ready to bake technology solution in bakery shops, focused on best quality viennoiserie and savoury products. Filled and unfilled croissants, kifli, rolled shape baguettes, filled puff pastry products.(Cap:4 tons/h). Artisanal bread line focused on long fermented shaped products as new range of our sortiment. Bake-off system solution creates the best combination of convenience and quality for our clients. Artisan ciabattas and cubes, spitz or rolled baguettes, veknis, moulded breads, rolls or loaf products as our customer’s required. Weight range: from 100 gr to 750 gr.(Cap:4 tons/h). Fully automatic bread line focused for daily bread production using authentic sourdough fementation process automatically and controlled baking process on unique flowing granit pillboards. Normal and sliced bread, splitted sliced bread,(Cap:4 tons/h). We are ready for new challenges and open to create and develop together new sortiment for retails and chain section.
