La bodega además, está inmersa en un proyecto de Responsabilidad Social Empresarial, como modo de contribución a la mejora social, económica y ambiental de la empresa. Asimismo está desarrollando un proyecto de I+D+I relacionado con la trazabilidad de sus viñedos. Cuatro Rayas es la marca más emblemática de esta bodega y un referente de los vinos blancos españoles. Located in Jumilla in the northeast of Murcia, the bodega was founded in 1948 by our grandfather Francisco who began by making wine at home in a modest winepress. The business was inherited by our father Paco Pacheco who then went on to expand the company which is now in our hands – the third generation. We uphold the family-run legacy with the same passion for wine as our forebears. The bodega has logically evolved as far as technology is concerned yet without losing respect for the family legacy and tradition. Our principal aim is to enhance the value of the wide range of wines available in Spain and especially in DO Jumilla, one of its oldest wine regions, paying homage to the viticulturists who tend the old vineyards with feeling and passion. We are making wines from the Monastrell grape variety that come from select plots which boast distinct soil types, orientation and altitudes with the aim of drawing attention to the hidden elegance and purity of our native grape variety. We have expanded our range of products to include our home grown extra virgin olive oil and roast almonds, which, together with our vineyard, form the three traditional “Trinity” crops of the high-plains of Murcia. We invite you to get to know us better and to become part of our history and the spectacular generational evolution that we are proud to belong to. We are a young, dynamic team that combines tradition and modernity by bringing to light everything we have learnt from past generations while at the same time contributing the most innovative and cutting-edge knowledge to the art of winemaking. Our vineyards, a total of 15 hes, are almost all found in small parcels (less than 1 has) sustained by stone margins and dispersed around the municipal term of Vallbona de les Monges (Catalonia). Production: around bottles. All the work is made in the traditional way, and great part of it is made manually. The harvest is also made by hand, picked up in small amounts, guaranteeing the quality of the grape. Bodega Javier Sanz Viticultor
Javier Sanz Viticultor is a winery in the heart of the Valladolid province in the town of La Seca (Rueda D.O, Castile and León, Spain) and specialises in the creation of quality, signature wines. Its aim is to offer unique, personal wines using painstaking work methods both in the field and the wine-making process. This involves recovering nearly extinct varieties, taking good care of the old vineyards to preserve the origins of the winery and carrying out selected production processes. Javier Sanz Viticultor owns 104 hectares of vineyards, thus we take care of the development of the vines and monitor them. The average yield is 7,500 kg/ha and we produce about bottles per year. Our wines are present in Europe, United States, Canada, South America, China, Japan and other parts of the world. A WINE-MAKING TRADITION The story of Javier Sanz Viticultor began in the mid-19th century with the great-grandfather of the current company director, from whom vineyards dating back to 1863 were inherited. From that time until today, five generations have perpetuated a special relationship – based on tradition and excellence – between grower and vine. OUR GRAPE VARIETIES Our star variety is Verdejo, native to Rueda, to which Javier Sanz Viticultor has added other varieties following in-depth research, restoring of abandoned varieties and the planting of non-conventional ones. Over the past twelve years, Javier Sanz has worked on the recovery of abandoned varieties; this is the case of Verdejo Malcorta, a clone which has been recovered for its intense floral aromas and its higher level of acidity over the conventional Verdejo. After carrying out tests and studies, he discovered the great potential of varietals such as Grasă de Cotnari (from Romania) and Colorado (an unknown red wine strain found in our vineyards)

On Spain south Eastern rugged coast, limestone mountains tower majestically over the sea in the ancestral wine-producing region of Alicante. For more than 2500 years, vines have been grown in an ideal microclimate, surrounded by pines, holm oaks and olive groves gently caressed by the Mediterranean breezes. Bodegas Nodus
Adolfo de las Heras Marín en 1985, adquirie una de las fincas con mayor valor ecológico y enológico de la Comunitat Valenciana. El Renegado cuenta con 540 hectáreas entre viñedo y bosque, de las cuales más del 80% son viñedos de más de 40 años de antigüedad de la uva autóctona bobal. Don Adolfo fue uno de los pioneros en la introducción en esta zona de otras variedades como la merlot o la cabernet. También fue uno de los primeros en elaborar vino embotellado de calidad. Su hijo, Adolfo de las Heras Polo a finales de los años 90 se pone al frente de la bodega y la revoluciona, apostando por el cultivo ecológico, la calidad y el enoturismo. Adolfo de las Heras Marín in 1985, acquired one of the farms with the greatest ecological and oenological value in the Valencian Community. El Renegado has 540 hectares between vineyard and forest, of which more than 80% are vineyards over 40 years old of the native Bobal grape. Don Adolfo was one of the pioneers in introducing other varieties such as Merlot or Cabernet to this area. He was also one of the first to make quality bottled wine. Bodegas Paniza
La bodega tiene su origen en el pueblo del que toma el nombre, Paniza, una pequeña población cercana a Cariñena. Allí, hace más de 60 años, en 1953, los experimentados viticultores de Paniza decidieron unirse, creando la Cooperativa Vitivinícola Nuestra señora del Águila, germen de la actual bodega donde comenzamos una aventura para ofrecer al mundo lo mejor de esta tierra: nuestro vino. Tras casi 30 años de trabajo, en 1982, Bodegas Paniza da un paso trascendental en su historia: se adquiere la maquinaria necesaria para automatizar el proceso de embotellado, consiguiendo aumentar exponencialmente la productividad y llegando a un público más amplio. Una señal del carácter innovador que tomará la bodega durante toda su trayectoria. Ya en 1996, con el nuevo milenio en ciernes, se construyó la edificación que nos ha dado cobijo hasta hoy. Una inversión crucial para la consolidación de la bodega. Un nuevo edificio específicamente diseñado para albergar nuestros vinos durante el proceso de crianza. A comienzos del nuevo siglo se renovó por completo las instalaciones e imagen de la bodega, adaptándola a los tiempos e implementando nuevas técnicas gracias a la inversión en modernos equipos de vitivinicultura que aportaron mayor calidad y una capacidad de crecimiento que nos ha permitido llegar a nuevos mercados y clientes. Desde entonces y gracias a la profunda renovación y a la gran inversión realizada, los vinos de Bodegas Paniza han recibido numerosos reconocimientos internacionales que avalan nuestra calidad y esfuerzo. Un esfuerzo que no cesa y nos ha llevado a realizar una inversión constante en busca de la excelencia. En la actualidad, la bodega se encuentra inmersa en una de sus grandes apuestas: la construcción de las nuevas instalaciones. Un complejo bodeguero compuesto por un conjunto de edificios modernos y funcionales capaces de acoger el volumen de nuestro trabajo presente y futuro. Desde 1583 haciendo de la familia la esencia de nuestro vino Bodegas Valdelana es una bodega de vino situada en el pueblo de Elciego, a mitad de camino entre Logroño y Vitoria, en la región conocida como Rioja Alavesa. En Bodegas Valdelana producimos varias marcas de vino de Denominación de Origen Rioja: Familia Valdelana, Ladrón de Guevara, Agnvs, Centum Vitis, Duquesa de la Victoria y Eder. Además de de nuestro vino, Bodegas Valdelana cuenta con un museo sobre la historia del vino y de la región, además de un encantador alojamiento rural a disposición de nuestros visitantes. Esta Bodega-Museo, tres veces ganadora del premio Best of del turismo enológico, se alza sobre seis calados subterráneos de piedra de sillería que datan de los siglos XV y XVI. Castell del Remei was the first winery in Spain to plant Cabernet Sauvignon & Semillon. It was also the first Catalan producer to sell its own branded, bottled matured wines. The State of Castell del Remei has several buildings that used to be inhabited by more that 50 families. Among them, the Castle with more that 80 windows, the church devoted to the virgin of Remei, the Restaurant open to the public, the cellars and other like the olive oil mill dated 1793, the flour mill, the old distillery, the barrel workshop etc. Because of the major historical importance of Castell del Remei in the region, it still has it´s own Postal Code The Castell del Remei estate currently consists of one giant parcel of 400 hectares of which 140 hectares are dedicated to vines, which are an average age of 20 years old. These are all trained on wires (following the ‘Royat double’ system) and consist of: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Tempranillo, Garnacha, Syrah, Macabeo, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir. All the wines are being produced under the Castell del Remei brand and each of the wines with it´s own unique characteristics. Examples are Gotim Bru, Oda and 1780.

BIODYNAMIC FARMING & MINIMAL INTERVENTION · Parés Baltà is one of the leading organic-certified wineries in Penedès region. Driven by a deep commitment to nature, the family have always cultivated their vineyards using organic practices certified since 2003 and biodynamic farming certified in 2013 by Demeter. In the cellar, the winemaking team focus on crafting wines that reflect their natural origins. The family work with no sulfites or very low added sulfites and avoid chemical additives during the winemaking process. THE VINEYARDS · Parés Baltà own 5 estates near the Mediterranean Sea, with altitudes that range from 180 to 750 meters above the sea level with very different microclimates. Of these, 80 hectares lie within a protected natural park, surrounded by 600 hectares of forest and rich biodiversity. All the vineyards are hand harvested. OTHER FAMILY PROJECTS Driven by their passion, the family has expanded into other prominent wine-growing regions of Spain. In 2003, they established Gratavinum in the remarkable Priorat region, followed by Dominio Romano in Ribera del Duero in 2005.

Bodega Las Virtudes was founded in 1961 in Villena, a town with which we have a very special bond and which forms part of our reason for being. We were born as a response to the need for small wineries and local producers to join forces in a historic land with a centuries-old winemaking tradition and a crossroads between the Mediterranean and the plateau. Our vineyards are under the Alicante D.O, one of the oldest in Spain. The Monastrell variety, in our Alto Vinalopó region, is the autochthonous and most characteristic grape of our wines. Thanks to the soil, the climatic conditions and the altitude, our Monastrell differs from those grown in other areas due to its greater freshness and versatility, giving it that much-appreciated Mediterranean touch. We produce a wide variety of wines, many of them with organic certification as a result of our commitment to traditional, environmentally friendly cultivation and our Mediterranean landscape. We are particularly proud of our Fondillón, a natural aged wine made from Monastrell grapes aged for a minimum of 10 years, unique and exclusive, which only a very small number of wineries in Alicante can produce. In we expanded our facilities with the Almazara Las Virtudes, where we produce a very special Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Local varieties such as Changlot Real and Grosal, together with Arbequina and Picual, show all the potential of a territory that has been cultivating olive trees for thousands of years. Both in the elaboration of wine and oil we carry out the integral control of the process from our fields to the commercialisation of the product, offering authenticity and guarantee to our customers all over the world.

Lagravera is a winery where we work with great sensitivity to this very unique environment called La Serra Llarga. The project was born in 2006 as a way to recover an old gravel pit (thus the name “la gravera”= the gravel pit), regenerate its soil and recuperate the tradition of winemaking in the zone. The winery is located between the Pyrenees and the Ebro Valley, in a part of the Anticline that here bears the name of the Serra Llarga and which constitutes the longest gypsum mountain chain in Europe. The link between the different terroirs is gypsum, which brings freshness to all wines. From the beginning we have been working with organic viticulture and since 2013 we’ve converted to biodynamic, as a tool to regenerate the soil and make a healthier wines that better express the character of our landscape. We sourced some methods back from our ancestors, such as phytotherapy, distillation of essential oils, or the use of the lunar calendar, in order to drastically reduce the use of chemicals. We specialize in elaborating indigenous varieties, such as Garnachas of fine style and great richness of flavor, that is due to the gravel and sandy soils next to the Noguera Ribagorzana river. We have recovered a vineyard from 1889 where 24 varieties coexist, of which 17 are indigenous, and 3 of them can only be find there, in the world. We are multiplying these varieties in different terroirs, since they are our wine heritage. We believe in winemaking sensitive to details, where the wines are felt, not made with marked recipes, but elaborated with care, by making decisions based on listening to the wine at all times so that we can give them the best treatment possible.
