המתססה"- מפעל קטן בהרי ירושלים המעבד תפוחי עץ, אגסים ופירות נוספים. אנו סוחטים מיצים טבעיים, מתסיסים סיידר אלכוהולי, מכינים חומצים, רוקחים ריבות מגוונות והכל באיכות מעולה. הקמנו את המיזם כמפעל עונתי. הרומן שלנו עם עיבוד פרי החל בשנת 2013 כאשר עבדנו בענף החקלאות של קיבוץ צובה. ראינו את כמויות הפרי הנותרות על האדמה לאחר הקטיף או נזרקות בתום המיון מבית האריזה. מסתבר שאיסוף הפרי ושליחתו למפעלים אינה "כלכלית" ובשל כך טונות רבות של פרי באיכות מעולה מתבזבזות והופכות למפגע חקלאי. לכן החלטנו לעשות מעשה ולהקים מפעל קטן לעיבוד פרי. כל המוצרים שלנו מיוצרים מ-100% פרי, טבעוני, כשר ומתחת ל-20ppm.
