Aurora Spirit Distillery
Aurora Spirit is the world’s northernmost distillery, located at 69.39°N in Lyngen, Norway. Situated deep within the Arctic Circle, the distillery and its visitor center rest at the foot of the majestic Lyngen Alps. The site offers not only breathtaking surroundings but also a fascinating history, as it was once a NATO coastal fort built during the Cold War. Today, some of the old bunkers have been repurposed for the maturation of aquavit. Under the brand name BIVROST, Aurora Spirit produces whisky, gin, vodka, and the regional spirit aquavit, crafted with locally harvested Arctic botanicals and naturally filtered glacial meltwater. The distillery is open to visitors year-round, offering guided tours and tastings.

Bryggeriet I Son
Med sterk tro på egne idéer og smaker, leker vi oss frem til øl vi liker. Det startet i 2015 med et ønske om å brygge godt øl som så mange andre mikrobryggeri. I 2017 løftet vi ambisjonsnivået og fastsatte målet om å blir Norges beste bryggeri på spesialbatcher. For å kunne nå dette målet var eksisterende bryggelinje ugunstig. I februar 2018 startet vi å bygge ny produksjonslinje i etasjen over eksisterende produksjon. Vi gleder oss til å se resultatene av denne satsingen innen automatisering og implementering av IoT elementer. Med oss på laget har vi fått et av verdens største selskaper innen nettverk og kommunikasjon. Made of fresh water from Steinsdalsfossen waterfall in the fjords of Norway. Take a sip and close your eyes while you let your mind wander into the Homeland of the Viking Kings. Combining the Norwegian herbs with the pure water of Norway gives you the best of two worlds. We use selected herbs and spices from the Norwegian Viking forest. This provides a distinct smoothness of pine, new forest spruce shoots, juniper berries, and several herbs. In 2019 we found hidden in plain sight the waterfall in Steinsdalen, where its water comes from almost feet high mountains. White Dragon Gin uses water from Steinsdalsfossen, the wild and impressive waterfall located at Norheimsund, Hardangerfjord. WE BROKE THE MONOPOLY Det Norske Brenneri, formerly Puntervold / Agder Brenneri, has its production and cask storage in Grimstad in southern Norway. Here, among other things, various aquavit brands and apple spirits have been produced since the production monopoly in Norway was dissolved in 2005. We were the first private distillery in Norway after more than 80 years of monopoly. Grimstad has a history dating back to the 1880s when it comes to the production of fortified wines, through the brand Fuhr. We produce gin, aquavit, and other spirits. Our products are hand-crafted after old traditions. At Det Norske Brenneri we are uncompromising. We are always searching for the best quality and we use the finest natural ingredients from the Norwegian nature. English: Tramontane is a wine import company that imports quality wine from Rhone and Languedoc (southern France) and California (USA). We focus on organic and biodynamically cultivated wine but are not fundamentalists. To ensure high quality and to get a collaboration built on personal relationships, we visit our producers on a regular basis. Some of our wines can be enjoyed as is, some are best accompanied with food or chocolate(!), and some need a few years of cellaring before they are readily enjoyed. Norsk: Tramontane er en liten bedrift som importerer kvalitetsvin fra Rhone og Languedoc (sør-Frankrike) og fra California (USA). Vi fokuserer på økologiske og biodynamiske produkter, men er ikke fundamentalister. Det er imidlertid viktig for oss at vinene vi importerer kan klassifiseres som *naturvin*. Vi besøker jevnlig produsentene våre for å sikre høy produktkvalitet. Dessuten har vi tro på at samarbeid bygget på personlige forbindelser blir best. Noen av vinene våre kan nytes alene, noen blir best med mat eller sjokolade(!), og noen av vinene bør lagres noen år for å komme til sin fulle rett.
