Tashkentvino Combine is one of the oldest enterprises in its industry, founded in 1867 in the suburbs of Tashkent off the coast of the Salar Canal. The plant is developing rapidly, new production facilities and a wine cellar are being built. In a short time, the plant's products become known not only in Russia but also abroad. The wines produced by the plant - “Red Tashkent”, “Oporto”, “Sultani”, “Cahors” and others receive high marks both among the population and at international exhibitions and fairs. Since 1921, the factory begins global reconstruction and is equipped with the most modern and technologically advanced equipment by those standards. Its current name - “Tashkentvino Combine” was received in 1962. At this moment, the plant, being one of the leaders among manufacturers of alcoholic beverages in the USSR, includes 2 wineries - Charos (Parkent district) and Khosilot (Kibray district). The wine materials from the wineries were stored at the factory in a wine cellar in wooden barrels, the openings of which were closed with oak dowels. During the period of the so-called “dry law”, the plant after the reconstruction of the shops began to produce juices and drinks. Here, the issue of marmalade was founded, which was in great demand among the population. Since 1991, the plant begins a new stage of development. The plant constantly upgrades equipment, introduces innovative technologies in the development of a new range of products, expands the market, improves the quality and packaging of existing products. Since 2006, there has been a reconstruction of production and redistribution of existing ones, as well as the acquisition and launch of new production facilities. Today, Tashkentvino Combine is a modern multi-disciplinary enterprise that is confidently occupying a leading position among the enterprises of Uzvinprom Holding Company.
