Our mission is simple: help farmers across the South Pacific achieve higher crop productivity and greater profitability; with biology, not chemistry. Since launch, our flagship product Liquid Compost has become one of Fiji’s fastest-growing agricultural inputs, available in 70+ retail outlets nationwide, including major Post Fiji branches and rural & maritime communities. Thousands of farmers, from root crop and vegetable growers to kava and tree crop producers, rely on Liquid Compost to improve soil health, increase yields, strengthen crop resilience, and boost farm income. Official monitoring data showcases 20–50% yield improvements, 50–70% reduction in pest & diseases occurrences, faster crop cycles, higher market quality, and more resilient harvests during extreme weather. Building on this momentum, we launched GreenGuard, our natural insecticide & fungicide, and R&D is underway on several exciting new developments that support regenerative, biology-first farming. Our growth continues to be driven by continuous innovation and our commitment to making high-performance regenerative inputs accessible and affordable across the region. Looking ahead, Organic Plus is expanding into the wider South Pacific, including Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Tonga, Vanuatu, and Solomon Islands. We aim to develop opportunities to license our technology, processes, and IP to contract manufacturers and agricultural companies across Southeast Asia and Africa - enabling partners to produce our formulations locally and scale regenerative agriculture in their markets.
