Brepols Publishers is an international academic publisher of works in the humanities. The focus of its publications lies in "source-works" from Antiquity, the Middle Ages and the Early Modern and Modern period. FTRPRF ontwikkelt lesmateriaal waarbij het effectief aanleren van de 21e eeuwse vaardigheden, zoals computationeel denken, ICT-basisvaardigheden, burgerschap en mediawijsheid centraal staan. Ons online leerplatform bevat innovatieve, actuele en kant-en-klare lespakketten die naadloos aansluiten bij de nieuwe eindtermen. Daarnaast is er de DIGIBIB die kilometers vakoverschrijdend lesmateriaal bundelt, waarbij het computationeel denken telkens gelinkt wordt aan andere sleutelcompetenties. Vakoverschrijdend werken blijft zo geen droom voor veel scholen maar wordt pure realiteit. Dankzij de Hack Room krijgen leerlingen een schatkist vol lifehacks om hen op weg te helpen in deze alsmaar meer digitale samenleving. Met hun scroll- en swipeskills ontdekken ze zelfstandig leefwereldgerichte tips om stevig in hun digitale schoenen te staan. Ons unieke leerplatform biedt een volledig geïntegreerde Scratch codeeromgeving en is integreerbaar met Smartschool en Microsoft Teams for Education. Uiteraard hoort ook evalueren erbij. De ingewerkte toetsenmodule schotelt leerlingen elke module een toets en oefentoets voor. Achteraf gaan leerkrachten als professionele analist aan de slag met de statistieken. FTRPRF ontwikkelde voor het lespakket van computationeel denken samen met de Universiteit Gent een digitale co-teacher die je leerlingen ondersteunt tijdens het programmeren in Scratch. Deze virtuele hulp geeft concrete feedback op elke programmeeroefening. Je kan hierdoor snel ingrijpen en bijsturen in je klas en je leerlingen zien zelf ook welke stappen ze kunnen verbeteren.
