مؤسسة فكرة شركة فكرة الحديثة للطباعة و النشر و التوزيع المحدودة تاريخ المؤسسة نشأت مجموعة فكرة في عام 1982م كمؤسسة متخصصة في الاستشارات الإعلامية والصحفية. و تطور نشاط المؤسسة ليشمل الاستشارات التسويقية والإعلامية. في عام 1995 م توسع النشاط وأُضيف قسم متخصص للنشر ، وأصبحت اليوم قسم النشر لشركة فكرة للطباعة و النشر و التوزيع من أكبر أقسام المجموعة حيث يشرف على إصدار العديد من المجلات المتخصصة. في أوائل عام 2001 م قامت المؤسسة بشراء شركة أفكار الدولية للعلاقات العامة لتضيفها لمجموعة خدماتها الإعلامية والتسويقية. وفي عام 2008 م قامت المؤسسة بفصل نشاط التسويق وذلك إنشاء وكالة فكرة المتخصصة في تسويق الوسائل الإعلانية. النشر تمتلك فكرة للنشر فريقاً كاملاً من المحررين والمراسلين إضافة إلى الفريق الفني من مخرجين ومنفذين ومدخلي بيانات ومصورين ليكوّنوا فريقاً متكاملاً لأداء العمل الصحفي بشكل احترافي ومهني. يعتبر نشاط النشر بمثابة النواة التي انبثقت منها مجموعة فكرة ، وقد بدأت المجموعة ممارسة نشاط النشر بشكل فعلي في عام 1995 م وذلك إثر فوزها بعقد إصدار مجلة الإعلام والاتصال الصادرة عن وزارة الثقافة والإعلام. وفي عام أسند لدار فكرة تطوير وإصدار القسم الإنجليزي من مجلة الحج والعمرة الصادرة عن وزارة الحج ، ولا تزال الدار مسؤولية عن إصدار القسم الإنجليزي من هذه المجلة. نجحت الدار في عام 2001 في التعاقد مع مجموعة السواني التجارية لإصدار مجلة السواني المتخصصة في الأزياء. في ذات العام تعاقدت الدار مع مؤسسة مطوفي جنوب آسيا لإصدار نشرة أضواء التوعوية بأربع لغات العربية ، الإنجليزية ، البنغالية ، البشتو ولا تزال النشرة تصدر من الدار حتى الآن. وفي عام 2003 تعاقدت الدار مع الهيئة العامة للطيران المدني ب المملة العربية السعودية لإصدار وطباعة مجلة الطيران المدني المتخصصة في مجال الطيران المدني. وفي عام 2007 تولت المؤسسة إصدار النشرة الداخلية لمدينة الملك عبد الله الاقتصادية بالمدينة المنورة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية. كما تتولى الدار إصدار العديد من الكتب الدعائية والأدبية والعلمية. أهم عملاء نشاط النشر هم : وزارة الثقافة والإعلام ، الهيئة العامة للطيران المدني ، وزارة الحج ، مجموعة لنقو ، مجموعة باخشوين ، الديوان الملكي.
