We believe that South Sudan as a new Country need long term, sustainable good changes and books have a role to play due to their good, supportive and positive influence. As the South Sudan’s leading & independent bookstore, we are committed to offering a quality selection of affordable new, bargain, and gently read books in print and digital format, as well as gifts and educational items for customers of all ages and backgrounds, ensuring that both local and international content is easily available at local prices. We are passionate about the written word and seek to share our love of reading to help create and sustain a community of lifelong and active readers in South Sudan. We strive to provide a hospitable and nurturing environment to encourage the healthy exchange of ideas by hosting numerous readings and book clubs, panel presentations, book launches and on-line discussions. We are committed to engaging with the many diverse peoples and organizations in South Sudan, particularly in Juba City, but also on a national and international scale, to work towards the goals of a knowledgeable public and a peaceful and environmentally sustainable South Sudan and Africa as a whole.
