Εκδόσεις Anubis - Anubis Publishing

Οι Εκδόσεις Anubis δημιουργήθηκαν το καλοκαίρι του 1991 ως κλάδος της Compupress M.A.E, της εκδοτικής εταιρείας εντύπων Πληροφορικής και Νέας Τεχνολογίας που εξέδιδε τα περιοδικά Computer Για Όλους, Pixel, PC Master αλλά και επιχειρηματικά έντυπα όπως το Information και το Τουριστική Αγορά. Τα πρώτα βιβλία του νέου κλάδου αφορούσαν τα Windows, το Word, το Excel και σειρά εφαρμογών της περιόδου εκείνης. Αργότερα, η Anubis εμπλούτισε το αντικείμενο των εκδόσεών της με βιβλία επιχειρηματικού περιεχομένου, τη γνωστή σειρά του British Institute of Management κλπ. Προς το τέλος της προηγούμενης χιλιετίας, οι διαμορφούμενες συνθήκες της αγοράς αλλά και η αγάπη των συντελεστών του κλάδου για την ΕΦ και, ευρύτερα, τη λογοτεχνία του φανταστικού οδήγησαν στην πειραματική έκδοση μιας σειράς τίτλων του συγκεκριμένου χώρου, η εμπορική επιτυχία των οποίων επέτρεψε τη σταδιακή μετάβαση του αντικειμένου των Εκδόσεων Anubis από την Πληροφορική και το Business στο sci-fi και το fantasy. Αργότερα προστέθηκαν τα graphic novels και τα manga για να ακολουθήσουν τα διεθνή best-sellers περιπτέρου Anubis Pocket, τα αισθηματικά της Venus και, πολλά χρόνια αργότερα, δημιουργήθηκε ο κλάδος των παιδικών βιβλίων, καταρχήν με τα βιβλία της σειράς Peppa Pig και πλέον με βιβλία LEGO, PLAYMOBIL και πολλά άλλα διάσημα brands.
