Kids Early Learning Centres
Kids ELC is inspired by The Reggio Emilia philosophy where time is not set by the clock, but by the child’s needs and interests. Monday doesn’t mean paint day and our routines and learning experiences are flexible. There is sufficient time for a child to express, learn, explore, extend and revisit a given project. Each child is unique and the protagonist of their own growth. Children desire to acquire knowledge, have much capacity for curiosity and amazement and yearn to create relationships with others and communicate. Kids ELC prides itself in offering beautiful learning environments with open ended resources that create endless learning possibilities. We believe that it is through play children develop the foundations for further learning which include exploration of their environment, who they are and where they fit within the world they belong. We view children through deep respect, seeing them as capable and confident learners active in their own learning journey. We offer uninterrupted opportunities for play to occur with the space, time and resources to develop into the many possibilities children can create, explore and define. Kids ELC invests with loyalty and commitment in it’s educators through professional development. We believe that it is only through equipping our educators fully with the tools required can they in turn become successful in their roles and thus creating the highest quality environments and programs for our children. We encourage a healthy balance of work/home balance. Kids ELC recognise and respect the unique place of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islands people, culture and language as this nation’s first people. We believe their unique perspectives should be embedded into the practice of educators so the language and culture is accessible to all children. We recognise that this can only happen through the development of close and open relationships with the local Elders and community.

Kool Kidz Franchise
Have you ever considered investing in the booming childcare sector, but haven’t known where to start? After many years of successfully developing and refining the Kool Kidz childcare concept and business model, we’re now seeking enthusiastic and committed licensees to long establish Kool Kidz Childcare Franchise services in Victoria. Over the past decade, we have come to realise that the only way childcare, and long day care centres and kindergarten services can achieve and maintain exceptional quality of care, is when they are privately owned, and family-run where the owner or licensee works on the premises and takes full responsibility for the operation of the business. The Kool Kidz business model embraces this approach and is the first of its kind in Australia, and it’s making a big impact on the industry. Kool Kidz delivers operationally efficient, licensed childcare facilities – taking all the headaches away from the franchisee. This unique business model delivers extraordinary rewards on a social, emotional and community level, combined with significant Government subsidies and estimated projected franchisee net profits of over PA (between 15% & 24% of gross), the Kool Kidz model is the envy of other industries and franchises. Childcare represents a fantastic business opportunity for motivated operators. However, without experience and industry knowledge, the prospect of opening a licensed service quickly becomes daunting. Copious regulations and requirements make it very challenging to build a licensable facility. But, with over 25 years of experience in the industry, and having licensed over 20 facilities, Kool Kidz is able to confidently mitigate this risk for individuals who want to pursue an endeavour in childcare.
