FamBear is comprised of three core segments: CARE, JOBS, and SHOP. It is a simple, user-friendly platform that leverages Artificial Intelligence and is designed to connect families with trusted care providers while offering a wide range of child development products. Users can browse caregiver profiles, register, and select a plan that matches their care needs. The platform supports 15 essential care services: Babysitter, Nanny, Maid, Senior Care, Tutor, Pet Care, Day Care, Occupational Therapist (OT), Physical Therapist (PT), Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), Psychologist (PsyD), Cook, Nurse, Parenting Support, and Assistant. FamBear offers three service plans: the On-Demand Plan, ideal for short-term care such as babysitter, nanny, maid, senior care, and cook, allows users to book online or chat with an agent, the Self Service Plan, enables direct contact with caregivers for both short- and long-term care; and the Premium Plan, includes full hiring support with a personal assistant and caregiver replacements for babysitter, nanny, maid, senior care, and cook services. The FamBear Shop features specialized equipment and developmental tools for families, schools, and pediatric centers supporting children with diverse needs. Caregivers can register to access job opportunities and grow professionally, while small care businesses can leverage FamBear's partner portal and technology to serve their local communities. Users can access FamBear services via our app, mobile website, or desktop site.
