The Eurasian Harm Reduction Association (EHRA) is a leading non-governmental organization dedicated to advancing harm reduction principles across Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia (CEECA). Founded in 2017 in Lithuania, EHRA focuses on promoting sustainable harm reduction programs and ensuring the well-being of people who use psychoactive substances. With a membership base exceeding 280 organizations and individuals, EHRA is a vital advocate for public health and human rights in the region with the fastest-growing HIV epidemic and significant challenges related to drug policy. EHRA operates on a foundation of dignity, social justice, health, freedom of choice, and well-being, aiming to influence drug policies and support communities of people who use drugs. Through its strategic goals, EHRA advocates for decriminalization and access to high-quality harm reduction services, champions the rights of marginalized populations, and works to ensure the sustainability of harm reduction efforts amidst shifting international funding landscapes. Key initiatives include capacity building for local organizations, advocating for gender-sensitive health services, and promoting evidence-based practices and policies. EHRA’s work is guided by a rigorous ethical framework, emphasizing integrity, non-discrimination, and transparency in all operations. This approach not only addresses immediate health needs but also broader social and economic challenges, fostering a comprehensive response to harm reduction that respects and uplifts the dignity of all individuals. Vilnius Social Club is a non-governmental organization providing educational and social support to children and young people, defending their rights, and engaging society to take part in positive change. Our mission is to build respectful, sincere, and empowering relationships with those who are often unseen. We implement five programmes – Football, Street Work, Teen Club, Mobile, and Youth – and provide psychological counselling. Each season: we organize over 500 activities and educational sessions, reach more than 600 children and young people, work together with 16 employees, 17 volunteers, and 2 interns, 🤝 and collaborate with over 50 partner organizations in Vilnius and the Vilnius district. Our goal is to ensure that every young person has a place where they feel safe, accepted, and heard.

Naujininkuose turime ir neformalaus ugdymo erdvę "Savas kampas", kur laukiame ne tik jaunuolių, bet ir vaikų. Lankytojų amžius atvirose jaunimo erdvėse nuo 14 iki 29 metų, neformalaus ugdymo erdvėje - nuo 5 iki 29 metų. Pagalba ir konsultavimas (pagal poreikį) nuolat teikiamas ne tik jaunimui, bet ir jų tėvams bei globėjams. ENG Vilnius Open Youth Center "Mes" is a place where every young people can find a safe place for themselves. The mission of the center is to enable young people to develop in a safe space, following their needs, disclosing potential, developing responsibility. We work on the principles of open work in six districts of Vilnius: in Naujininkai open youth space "Kitas kampas", in Vilkpėdė open youth space "Olimpija", in Grigiškės open youth space "Mes patys", in Nauja Vilnia open youth space "Vaga", in Pilaitė open youth space "Kimaras", open youth space "Spotas" in the Old Town. We also have a non-formal education space "Savas kampas" in the newcomers, where we are waiting not only for young people, but also for children. The age of visitors in open youth spaces is from 14 to 29 years, in the non-formal education space - from 5 to 29 years. Assistance and counseling (as needed) is provided on a regular basis not only to young people but also to their parents and guardians.

Lithuanian Jewish Community
Jewish Community is an umbrella NGO with more than 100 employees and seven regional Jewish communities, uniting about members in the country and belonging to the worldwide Jewish NGO network. The Lithuanian national revival movement and initial struggle for liberation from Soviet oppression which occurred at the end of the 1980s also provided the conditions for a Jewish national rebirth. Jewish cultural support groups began to form in many institutions and towns. On August 25, 1988 it was officially decided to create a Lithuanian Jewish Cultural Society; the founding meeting took place on March 5, 1989. Currently Lithuanian Jewish Community functions as a Social, Cultural and Civic organization. Our main priorities include but are not limited to the tangible and intangible Lithuanian Jewish heritage preservation, providing Social support for the Community members, educational and recreational program implementation and Human Rights activism.

Center Of Youth Voluntary Activities Deineta
Pagrindinė JSVC Deineta veiklos kryptis – savanoriškos tarnybos projektų koordinavimas. Įvairiose programose organizacija dalyvauja nuo yra sėkmingai įgyvendinusi daugiau kaip 140 EST projektų (ES „Jaunimas“; ES „Veiklus jaunimas“, ES "Erasmus+"). KTU Studentų mokslinės draugijos ištakos siekia tuometinį Kauno valstybinio Vytauto Didžiojo universitetą, kuriame 1945 metais įsteigti pirmieji studentų mokslo būreliai – iš pradžių Medicinos fakultete, o truputį vėliau susiformavo ir techniškųjų mokslų būreliai. Jiems sparčiai plečiantis atsirado būtinybė įkurti organizaciją, kuri koordinuotų visų būrelių veiklą. Tad 1947 metų lapkričio 26 d. įvykęs mokslinių būrelių pirmininkų susirinkimas vienbalsiai pritarė pasiūlymui įsteigti Universiteto Studentų mokslo draugiją (SMD). 1948 metų kovo 6 d, kai jau buvo gautas rektoriaus leidimas ir patvirtinti įstatai, galima laikyti oficialia draugijos įkūrimo data. Nuo to laiko prasidėjo aktyvesnis mokslinių būrelių bendravimas universiteto ir tarpuniversitetiniame lygmenyje: bendros konferencijos, studentų atliktų mokslinių darbų apžiūros, konkursai, parodos. Vėliau suformavus draugijos vadovaujantį organą – SMD centrinę tarybą, buvo kuriamos ir fakultetinės tarybos. Kai universitetas buvo reorganizuotas į Kauno politechnikos institutą, studentų mokslinė veikla įgavo naują pobūdį – ji buvo įtraukta į mokymo procesą. Šiai veiklai pradėjo vadovauti Studentų mokslo darbo taryba (SMDT). Nors SMD neišnyko, tačiau nuo to laiko ji užsiiminėjo daugiausiai organizaciniais bei propagandiniais-organizaciniais tikslais. Studentų mokslinė veikla 1945-1990 metų laikotarpiu buvo aktyvi ir apėmė daugelį mokslo sričių. Deja, vykstant 1990 metų politiniams-ekonominiams pokyčiams, KTU SMD veikla kuriam laikui užgeso. Per pastaruosius 16 metų KTU SMD bandyta atkurti keletą kartų. Visgi tik 2006 mokslo metų pradžioje pavyko suburti stabilią komandą. Nors spėjome nuveikti palyginus nedaug, tačiau turime daug idėjų, ateities planų bei parako tai įgyvendinti!

Pagalbos Onkologiniams Ligoniams Asociacija Pola
Lithuanian Cancer Patient Coalition (POLA) is one of the biggest non-governmental umbrella organizations in Lithuania, uniting 30 patient organizations and over 36 cancer patients and their caregivers. The organization is engaged in the area of oncology representing and defending the interests of cancer patients at a national and public level, offering a range of social services such as legal, psychological and nutritional advice, as well as a number of discounts for partners’ products and services. An idea to gather Lithuanian cancer patient organizations was born in 2009, aiming that cancer patients get a more effective medical treatment and better psychological, emotional and social support as well as all the needed information. During these years POLA has become one the best recognized patient organizations around the country, representing cancer patients’ interests both at political and public level. What do we do? We educate society on cancer prevention; Teach cancer patients to participate actively in the treatment of their illness; Organize free seminars, training, conferences, sessions of art therapy etc; Gather a community of cancer patients and survivors, giving a POLA card, offering a number of partners’ discounts and free services; Publish information on actual topics for cancer patients; Strengthen patient organizations; Provide more opportunities for cancer patients.

Ngo Mental Health Perspectives Psichikos Sveikatos Perspektyvos
Mental Health Perspectives (PSP in short) is a NGO established in the year working in the fields of mental health and human rights. Our mission: to establish the human rights based approach to mental health, with empathy, respect and person-centered services being at the core of it. PSP has carried out more than 60 national and international projects. We conduct research and analyses, carry out trainings, run advocacy campaigns and monitor human rights, participate in policy making and educate the public about mental health from a biopsychosocial, individual-oriented, and human rights-based perspective. We are a member of Coalition of Human Rights Organizations, Lithuanian Disability Forum, Development cooperation platform, Coalition „Mental health 2030” and others. To participate in international advocacy campaigns we are members of Mental Health Europe and Human Rights in Mental Health – FGIP./ VšĮ „Psichikos sveikatos perspektyvos“ (PSP) yra m. įkurta nevyriausybinė, psichikos sveikatos ir žmogaus teisių srityje dirbanti orgaizacija. Vizija – psichikos sveikatos sunkumai priimami kaip žmogiška ir prasminga patirtis, niekas dėl jų nepatiria diskriminacijos ar menkinimo. Misija – įtvirtinti žmogaus teisėmis grįstą požiūrį į psichikos sveikatą, kurio centre – empatija, pagarba ir į asmenį orientuota pagalbos sistema. PSP įgyvendino daugiau nei 60 nacionalinių ir tarptautinių projektų. Atliekame tyrimus, analizes, vedame mokymus, vykdome advokaciją, žmogaus teisių stebėseną, dalyvaujame politikos formavime ir šviečiame visuomenę apie biopsichosocialinį, į asmenį orientuotą ir žmogaus teisėmis grįstą požiūrį į psichikos sveikatą. Aktyviai vykdome tinklaveiką. Esame Žmogaus teisių organizacijų koalicijos, Lietuvos negalios organizacijų forumo, Vystomojo bendradarbiavimo Platformos, koalicijos „Psichikos sveikata 2030“ narė. PSP dalyvauja ir tarptautinėje advoakcijoje būdama Mental Health Europe ir Human Rights in Mental Health – FGIP narais.
