Genesis Social Welfare Foundation
Genesis Social Welfare Foundation is a non-governmental organization established by Mr. Cao Qing in Taiwan. Its main service project is to care for vegetative patients referred by the government who come from impoverished backgrounds. Within a few years of its establishment, the service expanded to include three categories of elderly individuals: the disabled, those suffering from dementia, and those lacking family support, collectively referred to as "elderly people in triple jeopardy." Subsequently, they also began providing guidance and support for the increasing number of homeless people in society. The term "" is a polite and friendly way to refer to homeless individuals. Near the Taipei Main Station commercial district in Taipei City, it is common to see high school students collecting paper receipts for the Taiwan uniform invoice lottery, which can be redeemed for prizes in Taiwan. There are also transparent acrylic donation boxes placed in front of around businesses nationwide, allowing people to freely donate their uniform invoices. In 2012, the Ministry of Finance in the Republic of China (Taiwan) implemented electronic invoicing, and the Foundation introduced a charity code for electronic invoices,"919"(Save a Life), to support vegetative patients. When making purchases, individuals can present the charity barcode to donate their electronic invoices to the Foundation.

In 2022, they founded the first and currently the only period museum, The Red House, in Taipei, Taiwan. In addition, they have positively impacted over 550 unprivileged teenage menstruators, under 18, across 20 cities with a long-term supportive program - free sanitary product packs, self-care and period education, and training for social workers. During COVID-19, when period poverty worsened, they supported more than families from underrepresented and under-resourced populations, preventing them from falling into a cycle of poverty. They believe that everyone shall be rightfully own their true selves and has the right to live freely regardless of gender, identity, race or difference of any kind.
