As a business brand under the Crystal Group of Companies, Y.X Community proactively develops new business opportunities with a deep-rooted commitment to creating positive change in the community. Being the largest student accommodation operator in Hong Kong, Y.X is dedicated to empowering and unleashing the potential of our young generation. In alignment with the government's 'Youth Development Blueprint,' we collaborate with various stakeholders in society to nurture a new generation of youth equipped with global perspective, aspiring and positive thinking mindset. We have established a Hong Kong’s first and only one-stop community platform exclusively for university students, where a wide range of online and offline activities and useful information are readily available. Through organising inter-collegiate events such as the 'Green PropTech Innovator Challenge' and the 'Sustainable Living · Content Creator Competition', we encourage our young talents to drive positive social change with innovation and creativity. In the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic, the mental and physical health of young people have faced significant challenges. In order to broaden their social circles and enhance their overall well-being, we have held over a hundred entertaining and leisure events, allowing them to share knowledge and exchange ideas in a vibrant community with peers from different institutions. Looking ahead, we will continue to collaborate closely with the government, business partners and social welfare organisations to promote the holistic development of young talents in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area.

臨敢珍有限公司 Grand Ma Limited
Grand ma Limited is a social enterprise that aims to foster understanding, care, and mutual learning between younger generations and elderly individuals through various intergenerational programs. Through experiential intergenerational activities, we promote end-of-life education and elderly care from the perspective of the "younger generation," allowing young people to understand the elderly while the elderly also get to know the younger generation, bridging the gap between them. Our flagship program,"Your Recipe, Our Memory" focuses on ten intergenerational families. Through written narratives and visuals, we document the special dishes and stories of these families' home chefs, who are either parents or grandparents. The program intertwines cooking with storytelling, allowing for the preservation of unique family recipes and the transmission of the taste and culture of the previous generation, while creating lasting memories. We are currently recruiting intergenerational families from all over Hong Kong to participate in the "Your Recipe, Our Memory" program. We also welcome young individuals interested in promoting intergenerational integration to join our "Granny Team" as "intern grandchildren." Let's cherish the precious moments together-
