Introduction Save Next Generation (SNG) is a global network of young graduates from different recognized universities, vocational & technical colleges around the world. With its Headquarters in Rwanda, SNG was established in April 2015 with a mission to promote the dignity of unemployed poor people. The idea “Graduates organization” came from an awareness of an increasing unemployment rate among youth, especially young graduates and lack of seed capital that prevent these intelligent population from either landing their dream jobs or creating their own job or business. In the process of finding a sustainable solution, motivated young graduates have recognized that both States and their families have spent much on their education; the finances that seem to be squandered as this intelligent youth population faces higher unemployment rate.
