Yaşar Aydınlıoğlu ise mesleğe 1992 yılında, Akatlar’da bulunan Akça Kuaför’de başlamıştır. yılından itibaren, Film Sokağı Stüdyoları ve Dinamo Yapım Şirketi’nin çocuklara yönelik reklam ve klip projelerinde profesyonel çocuk kuaförlük hizmeti sunmuşlardır. Edindikleri bilgi ve tecrübelerle birlikte, 2003 – 2007 yılları arasında Carousel AVM’de bulunan Toys"R"Us mağazasında çocuk kuaförlüğü hizmetlerine devam etmişlerdir. 2007 – 2010 yılları arasında ise hizmetlerini Town Center AVM’deki mağazada sürdürmüşlerdir. AVM’nin kapanmasının ardından, faaliyetlerine İstanbul Bakırköy’deki mevcut salonlarında devam etmişlerdir. 2025 yılı itibarıyla 1.
