Ichnya Condensed Milk Company
Ichnya Condensed Milk Company has occupied the major share of sweetened condensed milk and canned milk market for two years headed by the young ambitious professional managers. 1958 – establishment of the State Company Ichnya Food Factory 1995 – the company was transformed in Ichnya Food Plant, JSC 2006 – the name of the company was changed to Ichnya Condensed Milk Company, JSC 2007 - Ichnya Condensed Milk Company, JSC launched the operations after the first phase of overhaul and modernization. Large scale overhaul was held within the framework of the loaning project of Nadra Bank supported by Ukrainian League of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. Large-scale overhaul works performed since November, 2006, to March, 2007, included: – repair of canning facilities spaced 800 sq.m; – storage house for raw materials spaced 300 sq.m was constructed; – communications were reconstructed (sewage, energy supplies, heating); – storage and administrative premises were repaired; – production laboratory was overhauled; – personnel servicing room was built; – tasting room was constructed; Due to modernization of production facilities, successful choice of development strategy and innovative approach to production process management, and diversification of sales channels the company has achieved impressive results throughout the short time: 2007 – Ichnya Condensed Milk Company was certified according to international standards of Quality Management System ISO 2007 – Ichnya Condensed Milk Company starts exporting to CIS and other countries; at the end of 2007 the company exported to 5 countries; 2007 – Ichnya Condensed Milk Company was recognized the fourth by output on canned milk market; 2008 – Ichnya Condensed Milk Company was the second by output on the market; 2007, 2008 - Ichnya Condensed Milk Company was recognized the first by development among the canned milk producers in Ukraine.
