NATO Strategic Communications Centre of Excellence support NATO’s strategic communications capability and contribute to the Alliance’s communication processes by providing comprehensive analysis, timely advice and practical support. The NATO StratCom COE was initially founded by Latvia, Estonia, Germany, Italy, Lithuania, Poland, and the United Kingdom in 2014. Since then The Netherlands, Finland, Sweden, Canada, Slovakia, Denmark, USA has joined. The center’s work is supported by the contributing nations and participants. The heart of the NATO StratCom COE is a diverse group of international experts with military, government and academic backgrounds - trainers, educators, analysts and researchers.

ISP Optics Corporation is a vertically integrated manufacturer offering a full range of the infrared products from high performance MWIR and LWIR Lens Assemblies to catalog and custom infrared optical elements. Our infrared IR Lens Assembly product line includes dual FOV and fixed focal length lenses for cooled and uncooled cameras including designs targeted for light weight and compact models. ISP Optics manufactures in-house precision optical components including spherical, aspherical and diffractive coated IR lenses. In addition to our built-to-print optical elements product line, we also offer custom optomechanical assemblies, coatings and diamond turning services along with IR catalog optics. We manufacture optics from various infrared crystals such as: Ge, Si, ZnS, ZnSe, CaF2, GaAs, BaF2, IG2, IG4, IG5, IG6, Amtir, GASIR and others. FTIR materials are grown in-house including NaCl and KBr to manufacture build-to-print optical elements for the FTIR market and KBr lenses for wideband imaging applications.
