Burren Distillers
Steeped in myth and mystery, our distillery is nestled in the lee of Cappanawalla, within the Burren UNESCO Global Geopark. As descendants of Burren clans, ours is an ancient Gaelic distilling tradition. We specialise in Sean Gael Whiskey, a spirit common to our lands in the 13th century and now revived for your palate and portfolio. We use locally grown barley, steep it in Burren well water, germinate on wooden floors, kiln-dry and mill, then mash and ferment in Irish oak vats. Our spirit is distilled in traditional direct fired stills and matured in Irish oak barrels.

Garden County Distillery
We are a family run distillery company based in The Garden County of Ireland, Co. Wicklow. We have been bonding whiskey stocks and distilling gins and liqueurs since 2016. Since the covid pandemic hit in 2020, we have been planning the next phase of our journey, the release of our quality mature whiskey stocks in small and selected releases as well as moving into producing our own whiskey at the foot of the Wicklow Mountains. We will begin production in the middle of 2023 and primarily aim to explore the all the wonders of the expanded Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey as well as produce a world class Single Malt Irish Whiskey. To help support our continued growth, we have launched a founders cask program, where patrons will become an integral part of our community by purchasing one of the original casks of new make whiskey that we lay down. It is an investment in the company and the Irish Whiskey sector as a whole. These patrons will enjoy unrivalled access to the distillery as we start out and grow, and we hope they will enjoy the success of our growth along side us. Drioglann Loch Measc
Inspired by the wild and rugged beauty of the landscape, the purity and abundance of the Lough Mask waters, and the rich culture and history of the area. The distillery is located on the shores of the Lake in a reconditioned building. We discovered the empty building a few years back and have restored it, making it ready to house our micro-distillery. Our production started early in 2018, and our first spirits are now flowing. Our main products are Loch Measc Single Malt Whiskey, Loch Measc Gin, and Loch Measc Vodka. We craft tiny batches of wonderfully rich spirit by hand in our beautiful copper pot stills. These stills were made for us by traditional coppersmiths based on the ancient Alembic Still design. If you look at our stills you can see every careful hammer blow. In keeping with our micro-distillery ethos, we have up-cycled, recycled and adapted much of our equipment, sourced from various small breweries, distilleries and dairy farms. You are most welcome to come and visit our distillery and experience the wild and wonderful beauty of the area that inspires us every day.

O'driscolls Irish Whiskey

They were men of the sea, men of ships, pirates & smugglers who built castles and harbours. By the 15th century O’Driscoll’s were one of the strongest clans in Ireland. But it was the wild Atlantic ocean that was their real domain and few entered the O’Driscoll waters without an invitation. O’Driscoll’s Irish Whiskey is a tribute to those famous men of the sea and encapsulates that wild Atlantic spirit of adventure, bravery and survival.
