Founded in 2008 as a periodical dedicated to Torah scholarship, EMOR has since evolved into a structured project aimed at improving access to contemporary Torah learning resources. From the outset, it has addressed a clear need: helping individuals navigate and benefit from the expanding landscape of Orthodox Torah resources. Drawing on more than fifteen years of accumulated work, EMOR has established the foundational elements and laid the groundwork for a unified system that brings together diverse Torah resources within a coherent and accessible structure, enabling them to be mapped and organized with clarity. While this foundational structure has been developed, it is not yet available in its complete form. The components created so far outline the methodology and conceptual architecture, and further development is required for them to function as an integrated platform. The current website reflects this stage: it presents selected materials and represents the project’s present phase, with the broader framework planned for the next steps of EMOR’s evolution. EMOR focuses on two parallel goals: • Accessible knowledge — helping users locate relevant and authoritative Torah resources through structured categorization and conceptual organization. • Deeper understanding — supporting comprehension of concepts, debates, and halakhic processes through explanatory frameworks and methodological clarity. The project operates independently, supported by a small team dedicated to refining its foundations. EMOR now stands at a natural point of transition, with its groundwork ready to be expanded and consolidated into the next phase of development.

The Academy Of The Hebrew Language

The Hebrew language is the thread that has bound the Jewish people together for millennia, both in liturgy and literature, and, in ancient times, as a spoken language. In the history of modern Zionism, however, if there is one event more miraculous than the establishment of the State of Israel, it is the revival of Hebrew as its common tongue. To make this revitalization possible, an uncommon organization was formed: the Academy of the Hebrew Language, the Israeli body with legislated authority to study, guard, and guide the development of the Hebrew language. The miracle of its rejuvenation today is credited to the work of journalist/scholar Eliezer Ben-Yehuda, often called the Father of Modern Hebrew. His work from the 1880s onwards was monumentally important for the language’s dissemination and advancement in theYishuv settlement in the Land of Israel. Alongside Ben-Yehuda, however, were other Hebrew grammarians and scholars as well as teachers of general topics, who together pushed for the establishment of a central body, Va’ad Halashon (The Language Committee). The Committee was founded in stages beginning in 1889, and more formally in 1905. By 1953, the committee was legislatively established as the Academy of the Hebrew Language, the name it still bears today

The Technological College of Beer Sheva is a leader in terms of technological education within the Bedouin population. An initiative, started in 2007 in conjunction with the Ministry of Trade Industry and Labor, was to accept young bedouin teenagers after high school and train and teach them in the fields of Chemical Engineering, Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Mechanical Engineering. 200 tuitions and fees were paid by the Ministry, including free transportation to and from the College every day by buses.

Argov Fellows Program In Leadership And Diplomacy

The program seeks to help students acquire the knowledge, tools, skills, and critical thinking abilities required for working towards meeting the many challenges that Israel faces in today's complex global environment through a year-long, challenging interdisciplinary curriculum. The program, which is entirely in English, combines academic and practical training. Its one-of-a-kind curriculum includes courses, seminars, and "hands-on" workshops taught by leading academic and professional experts exclusively to Argov Fellows. The students go on study tours to Europe, the United States, and Israel. Datahack is an Israeli non-profit dedicated to the advancement of data science and machine learning in Israel. We focus on strengthening academia-industry ties, data science literacy and education, intra-community cohesion and knowledge sharing and empowerment of underrepresented populations. My assessment of a new client begins with the assumption that I am meeting a healthy person who is struggling. What drives my work is asking the question - “why is he suffering?” and not “what is his disorder/diagnosis?”. I first want to hear each client’s personal story. I consider myself a wellness detective, looking for clues within the story: Is there an underlying health issue? What habits have not been formed and why? What does his/her diet look like? How many hours is he/she exposed to screens? Is he/she getting quality sleep? Is his/her social life stressful and why? Has he/she experienced trauma? Is his/her environment structured and are boundaries clear? Based on these questions and many more, I am able to peel back the layers of complexity and give a more accurate diagnosis. With this holistic understanding, I can now help my clients set up an intervention plan. We all deserve the respect and patience to discover the root cause of our challenges, and the tools to overcome them. A single diagnosis for so many complex symptoms stunts rather than enhances growth. In my 20 plus years of work with people with ADHD symptoms, I have been every client’s advocate to achieve his best potential. My goal is to give you the knowledge and skill to thrive with and/or overcome ADHD symptoms.
