Scoped

Scoped delivers software directly to real estate companies, giving them full control over their building portfolios. The platform automatically retrieves data from building meters (electricity, district heating, water, waste) via APIs. These data are analyzed and visualized hour by hour, providing companies with continuous insights into operations, consumption, and anomalies—without any need for external assistance or physical hardware installations in the buildings. Consumption data is converted into emissions and costs, which are then combined with property values to enable sound economic and environmental analysis. The platform suggests actions based on user-defined goals and provides decision support for energy efficiency measures, subsidy schemes, and investment planning. Reporting—once resource-intensive—is now automated. Users select buildings and purpose, and the system generates recommended actions along with a tailored report draft that can easily be reviewed internally or externally. The solution is scalable and adaptable to future or company-specific requirements.

Vandalai

Vandalai has developed a patented technology that eliminates one of the industry’s most costly and persistent problems — water contamination in lubrication and hydraulic oil. Up to 80% of failures in rotating machinery are caused by contaminated oil. Vandalai’s Continuous Conditioned Water Removal (CCWR) system continuously removes water and other impurities, keeping oil “factory clean” while simultaneously collecting real-time data on the oil’s condition. This transforms lubrication oil from a consumable into a data-driven, predictive maintenance asset. The system is maintenance-free, filter less, and fully digital, offering both environmental and financial benefits by extending the lifetime of both oil and equipment.
