The Georgian Farmers’ Association (GFA) was founded in 2012 and is a non-commercial, non-for-profit legal entity. Currently, the organization unites about farmers across Georgia. The Association acts as a facilitator between the government and farmers. GFA actions and initiatives are implemented in line with its mandate adopted by its members. GFA works effectively with government agencies, contributed to the preparation of the Agricultural Development Strategy and participates in policy-making processes. The Association is a member of various governmental and non-governmental boards, such as the Georgian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI) and the Georgian Alliance for Agriculture and Rural Development (GAARD). The nursery at the base of the orchards is expected to produce additional yield. Overall, the company primarily aims to only produce organic (bio) nuts. Invested $ 14 Million GE INVESTMENT CORP. The company owns industrial infrastructure located on 8 hectares in the village of Nichbisi, Mtskheta region (Eastern Georgia), which includes a processing factory (1 hectare). Industrial infrastructure and factory arrangements are currently underway. The project will be completed by the end of 2021. From 2022, the factory will be able to receive and process products.
