Painting Examination Laboratory
The Painting Examiation Laboratory has been operating for more than 10 years in the field of cultural heritage forensics. In order to meet the needs of this entirely new field in Eastern Europe, we have established our laboratory with the priority that it be portable, providing high-tech equipment for analyzing art works on site. In the last two years, various branches of the Hungarian law-enforcement system have called upon our lab to provide forensic analysis and expert testimony in cases involving art-works. Our methods of examination combine the needs for a timely, but detailed examination.
