Euro Farm Foods
Euro Farm Foods was established in 2001 by Michael and Agnes Fox. It initially operated as a small local abattoir outside Duleek in County Meath supplying carcase beef and lamb to the local butcher trade and into the Dublin market. The period 2002-2003 saw substantial investment by the owners, the result of which was the construction of a modern slaughter and production facility. The plant was granted a licence to export its products by the Department of Agriculture in early 2004. This began a period of expansion in throughput and personnel and the business grew rapidly over the next couple of years. Since 2005 Euro Farm Foods has concentrated on the slaughter of cattle and the dispatch of carcase beef and offal products to our customers at home and abroad. 2012 / 2013 has seen a major investment in the expansion of the business, with the construction of a new deboning hall, amenity block, additional chilling capacity and office space. This investment included an upgrade of our existing refrigeration equipment to an ammonia gas based system. This was a conscious decision based on the positive environmental impact the changes will have. The ammonia gas based system is certified to have zero gas emissions with reduced running costs and will prove to be a significant step in reducing Euro Farm Foods carbon footprint. Over the years, Euro Farm Foods has achieved various accreditations which acknowledge the continued emphasis placed on quality in all aspects of our business. This is reflected in the retention of our "AA" rating achieved as a result of our annual BRC audit, conducted in February 2018. As an independently owned business, Euro Farm Foods has proven to be dynamic in response to the needs of our customers.

Glen Aine Foods
Glen Aine Foods was established at the back of a butcher shop in Hospital, Co Limerick, in 1985, and moved to its first factory premises in 1987. Due to increasing demand for our product range, our meat factory expanded in and again in 2005. We have been a wholly owned subsidiary of West Cork based Lisavaird Co-operative Creamery Ltd since 2009. Our factory was completely re-built in 2011 and is BRC Double Grade "A" accredited. We are also members of the Bord Bia Quality Assurance Scheme for our cooked beef and ham products. It is symbolic that Glen Aine Foods originated in Limerick, which has a rich tradition for producing top quality ham and bacon products. Limerick was famously nicknamed Pigtown in the 1900’s as it had four bacon factories operating in the heart of the city, playing a vital role in the economic and social life of the city. Over time, Limerick built an international reputation for the quality of its ham and bacon produce. Throughout the 1900’s, the bacon and ham industry provided employment for thousands of families, linking the city and the surrounding county in the production of bacon products. The tradition of Limerick ham still resonates in the memories of the citizens and former workers in the city through the food culture that arose, the story of the pork butchers, the pig buyers and the sounds of the city with factory horns signalling the call to work. Historically, the market for cooked meats was in bulk product, that was then sliced in the corner shop and the supermarket. This has rapidly changed over the years and the market is now demanding product that is ready sliced and ready to go. To cater for this ever-changing market, our meat is cooked and prepared in a variety of formats and flavours to meet the requirements of our customers who include major distributors, retailers, manufacturers, and foodservice operators throughout Ireland and the UK.

Molloy's Bakery And Fine Food Emporium
Molloy’s started baking at Main Street, Roscommon in 1922. James Molloy, grandfather of current proprietor Declan and great grandfather of Mark Molloy returned to Ireland from America and purchased the property, then owned by the Melia Family on the Main St, of Roscommon. James ran a very successful business which included the bakery, grocery, hardware, fertilizer, and a pub. He was also the local agent for the Cunard Shipping line which brought many Irish people to the United States over a period stretching form 1923-1963. James had a large family and two of his sons Barry and Noel decided to enter into the family business. In 1992 Declan took over the bakery business from his father Barry and continues to run the business from a new custom built bakery on the outskirts of the town. As always Molloy’s continues to be a very family orientated business with Declan, his wife Mary T, son Mark and daughter Jackie-Ann all working together. Things have changed dramatically over the years from being only able to produce the ‘Batch’ loaf when the bakery first started, so called because the bakers would produce 26 dozen at a time that’s 312 loaves!
