Particularly noteworthy is our premium offering: carp fillet in vegetable oil, a rarity that few can rival globally: We exclusively use fresh wild-caught fish, sourced by our skilled fishermen from the depths of the lake's special regions, where underground sources converge. Our harvest is confined to fishing nets, preserving the fish in its unaltered state until processing. Noteworthy is the fact that our fish are entirely wild, unconfined to farms. This distinction ensures that each 125-gram can exclusively hold wild carp from Lake Skadar. The exclusivity of our premium products is a testament to their limited quantity; we are deliberate in our choice not to distribute them widely. Unbound by stringent temperature requirements, our products simply demand a minute's preparation time to dazzle the senses. Industrija mesa Goranović privatno je vlasništvo porodice Goranović, koja se ovom privrednom djelatnošću bavi od 1986. godine kada je počeo s radom maloprodajni objekat u Nikšiću. godine puštena je u rad savremena fabrika za proizvodnju suvomesnatih proizvoda i prerađevina od mesa, a nakon toga je otvorena još jedna maloprodajna radnja u Nikšiću. Jedna od najmodernijih klanica u regionu sagrađena je 2011. godine i ima najsavremeniju opremu i linije klanja žive stoke i obrade svježeg mesa. Od skromnih početaka prije nekoliko decenija, kroz veliko ulaganje truda i rada, Industrija mesa Goranović je danas privredni subjekt sa asortimanom od preko 120 proizvoda, više od 170 uposlenih i značajnim učešćem na tržištu Crne Gore i regiona. Dnevnim kapacitetom proizvodnje od kg proizvoda od mesa, Industrija mesa “Goranović” je vodeći privredni subjekat u proizvodnji finalnih proizvoda od mesa u Crnoj Gori i brend prepoznatljiv po kvalitetu proizvoda i usluge.
