LIVE CATTLE PURCHASE We select animals according to European rules from farms that guarantee the well-being of the animal. We mainly select Scottone beef with an age of less than 24 months. The cattle are raised in free housing, in structures that guarantee adequate spaces, healthy and comfortable environments, and treatments that minimize the risk of undue stress on the animal. CATTLE FEED One crucial factor in choosing our accredited suppliers is the animal's well-being and its nutrition, mainly based on cereals: soy, corn, sunflower seeds, straw, barley, bran. QUALITY AT THE HEIGHT OF EXPECTATIONS. Our selection of slaughterhouses is of the highest standard, fulfilling all requirements, with well-defined health standards in order to guarantee the suitability of the meat, in no phase neglecting the animal's well-being. We are just as demanding as our customers. No detail is left to chance. This is why our services follow the entire process of meat production, including the phase after slaughter. A TAILORED SEWING SERVICE. Knowing the meat in all its aspects is a source of pride for us. The experience gained in the field allows us to select the garments, slaughter, process and finally sell the meat.
