The Bambino Foundation
The Bambino Foundation was founded back in 2011 and has grown slow and steady. We started out to support 10 children in Ethiopia by paying for their healthcare cost and today we support 1453 children in three different countries (Ghana, Ethiopia and Kenya). We support grassroots NGOs by providing services and resources that enhance the capacity of impoverished communities and their organizations to build sustainable alternatives to their challenging life conditions. We believe in building the countries from the inside. We do that by our academy and partnering with levels of government, donors, and financial institutions. The median age in Africa is now 19,4 years and more than half of the population is under 25 where 41% of the population is under 15 years old. There is no secret that the youths of Africa need a platform where they can unlock their true potential and have access to a reliable and safe healthcare. The youths connected to The Bambino Foundation have access to full healthcare so they can focus on studies, imagination and childhood. We do not believe in traditional aid concept and support, therefore, locals initiatives grassroots organisations with help of partnership, donations and fundraising. We also focus on Our Academy where we together with companies close the skills gap between graduates and the workforce. We believe that this is a good way to maintain economic growth, reduce unemployment and eradicate poverty. Our Academy is founded together with selected partners. We match highly skilled, certified and multilingual African professionals with customers across the world to develop innovative technology solutions, improving development efficiency, scalability, and mobile success.

About Lewegen LEWEGEN is a community-based Crowd funding mobile app that solely focused on providing a platform to bridge Individuals or organizations that need urgent financial assistance with the right donor. LEWEGEN’s primary aim is to help individuals with severe illness and/or health condition that carries a high risk of mortality, negatively impacts quality of life and daily function, get access to raise funds to cover their medical bills. However, anyone with a genuine cause can raise fund. We are here to help the donor and the fundraiser to connect each other through our incredibly easy Mobile App platform.
