Miss Career Africa
The Miss Career Africa is the Africa’s radical girls’ education promotion and emancipation based program that originated after two years successful career guidance for the Esther Girls Scholarship Program-Girls (An American project that offers scholarships and Character formation to the vulnerable girls of Rwanda). The Miss Career Africa program empowers young female professionals and entrepreneurs and those aspiring students through provision of university scholarships, career guidance, Entrepreneurship incubation development, leadership training, and networking The Africa’s young female professionals, who are between the ages of 18 and 24, have established records of accomplishment in illuminating the hope of innovation and positive impact in their organizations, institutions, communities, and countries.

Tubahumurize Association
Following the 1994 genocide in Rwanda, Jeanne Mwiliriza made it a regular practice to organize groups of female survivors to share their stories and provide one another with emotional support. In January 2006, Jeanne founded Tubahumurize Association with the vision of empowering female victims violence in Rwanda. Today, Tubahumurize Association serves survivors of violence and other socially and economically marginalized women including: genocide survivors, victims of gender-based violence, women living with HIV/AIDS and other critical illnesses, single mothers, grandmothers and orphaned girls heading up households. Many of our organization's beneficiaries fall into several of these categories. We provide a safe, supportive, female-centered space for women, group and individual trauma counselling, life-skills coaching and gender/human rights education, healthcare education and support services, vocational training, and opportunities for sustainable income-generating activities. To date, Tubahumurize has assisted over women through our programs. We currently serve about 450 Rwandan women and, indirectly, also support about 1,050 dependent children.
