Ekiti State is in Southwest region of Nigeria, and is one of the 36 states (inc. Federal Capital Territory (Nigeria)) that constitute Nigeria. The Ekitis, whose ancestors migrate from Ile-Ife as a people, form one of the largest ehnic groups in Yorubaland. Ekitis are culturally homogeneous and they speak a dialect of Yoruba language known as Ekiti. The homogeneous nature of Ekiti confers on the state some uniqueness among the states of the federation. Slight differences are noticeable in the Ekiti dialect of the Yoruba language spoken by the people. Ekiti as a people settle in nucleus urban patterns, well linked with network of roads. The State can boast of more than 127 large and small, ancient and modern towns, located on hills and valleys that characterise the state from which the confinement takes its name, Ekiti, that is, ‘Okiti’ meaning hill. Ekiti State, apart from the fact that it is the only state with a warm spring in Nigeria is the watershed and source of some prominent rivers such as Ero, Ose, Ogbese and others. The people of Ekiti are hard-working, upright, studious (such that they are popularly regarded as the fountain of knowledge) and very articulate. Ekiti men are predominantly farmers but women engage in trading.

Ondo State Government
Ondo or Ondo State is a state in Nigeria created on 3 February 1976 from the former Western State. It originally included what is now Ekiti State, which was split off in 1996. Akure is the state capital. Each Nigerian state has several ministerial offices representing the federal government.[3] Ondo state borders Ekiti state to the north, Kogi State to the northeast, Edo State to the east, Delta State to the southeast, Ogun State to the southwest, and Osun State to the northwest. The state contains eighteen local government areas, the major ones being Akoko, Akure, Okitipupa, Ondo, and Owo. The majority of the state's citizens live in urban centers. The big government universities in Ondo state are the Federal University of Technology Akure, Akure and the Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba Akoko. The ethnic composition of Ondo State is largely from the Yoruba subgroups of the Akoko, Akure, Okitipupa, Ilaje, Ondo, and Owo peoples. Ijaw such as Apoi and Arogbo populations inhabit the coastal areas, while a sizable number of the Ondo State people who speak a variant of the Yoruba language similar to Ife dialect reside in Oke-Igbo. The national Directorate of Employment (NDE) was established in 1986 following a compelling necessity for the establishment of a permanent organizational mechanism to tackle the problem of unemployment in Nigeria. The global economic recession in the ‘80s had become progressively worse for the developing countries in general and for Nigeria in particular. Zamfara State Government
Zamfara is a state in northwestern Nigeria. Its capital is Gusau and its current Governor is Dauda Lawal. Until 1996, the area was part of Sokoto State. Nigeria Export Processing Zones Authority
The Authority is Nigeria's Investment Promotion Agency for investment into the Free Zone areas in Nigeria. The licensing, monitoring and regulation of Free Zones Scheme in Nigeria is vested on the Nigeria Export Processing Zones Authority (NEPZA) by the Nigeria Export Processing Zones' Act 63, of 1992. Several factors are responsible for the adoption of Free Zones Scheme in Nigeria, amongst which are the diversification of the revenue base of the economy, employment generation and to encourage export through local production. The enabling Act also confers on the Authority the power to approve and grant all licenses and permits to the exclusion of all other Agencies, enforce obedience and compliance to rules and regulations. In effect, the Act is an omnibus law, which permits the Authority and its Board the power to define the policy directions and provide a One-Stop-Shop business transaction without bureaucracy.

Enugu State is in the South East geo-political Zone of Nigeria. It is located at 6o30' North of Equator, and 7o30' East of Latitude. It is plus one hour (+1hr) GMT on the World Time Zone. It shares border with the following states: Abia and Imo to the south; Ebonyi to the east, Benue to the north-east, Kogi to the north-west and Anambra State to the west.
