The Forum provides a manifesto for CEOs to cooperate directly with government in promoting sound strategies for industrialization, leadership and governance hence enhancing competitiveness through policy encouragement. PCF Uganda is an indigenous association in a tripartite formation, dealing with private sector issues in Uganda, that is the Presidential CEO Forum, the Office of the Prime Minister and The Head of State. This unique CEO’s platform represents the private sector, manufacturers and industrialists to work closely with government ministries and departments to reinforce private sector inclusion in developmental matters.
