Links Of Hope Png
The outpatient space - referrals to care, ensuring adherence, and follow up after treatment - is too often neglected due to the inevitable triage that is necessary in the healthcare system. However, Links of Hope fills that gap and strives to be a hand up to children and families impacted by the HIV epidemic in Papua New Guinea. LOH works to ensure that children in our programs are happy and healthy by making sure they have adequate care at home, are successful in school, and attend routine clinic appointments. LOH programming targets entire families and endeavors to empower individuals and impact communities so that these children have an equitable chance for a prosperous future.
