Breuer Marcell Doctoral School Of Architecture
The primary task of the Doctoral School is to provide educational programmes of a high standard in accordance with the requirements of the Bologna system to those leading architects with an MSc or MA degree, as well as to those with an MA or MSc degree in an architecture-related field. The programmes of the Doctoral School engage in fields dealing with the most important concerns in Hungary and, specifically in the Pécs region, the areas of national heritage protection. Heritage protection, taking advantage of the latest developments and technologies, enjoys priority within the highly complex system of architectural tasks both in Hungary and the whole of Europe. Heritage protection, in addition to its architectural and artistic aspects, encompasses the active use of a wider range of scientific fields (civil engineering, structural engineer-ing, information technology, etc.). In accordance with the original mission of the Pécs Doctoral School, heritage protection has been and will be one of the main focus areas of its activities. However, the experience gained from the activities, the changing social requirements and the scientific developments have made it imperative for the Doctoral School to embrace the complex topic of sustainable architecture, especially those aspects whose research is supported by the profile of the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology. These aspects include the information technology support of architecture and the interaction between architecture and IT, the development of smart buildings, smart cities and infrastructure, green architecture, including the developments in the methods and instruments of energy-efficient design. The objective is to realize these goals and apply these methods and instruments in the innovative architectural design of the future where the environmental and safety aspects are also observed.

Team Academy Budapest
A Team Academy modell a finn JAMK (Jyväskylä) Egyetemről indult 1993-ban. A fő irányvonal a gyakorlatorientált tanulás. A projektek lehetőséget biztosítanak a diákok számára, hogy az elméleti tudásukat a lehető leghamarabb tudják kamatoztatni a való életben. A Team Academy-nek nincs jogi kapcsolata a hallgatók által létrehozott szervezetekkel, csak tanácsadással járul hozzá a szervezetek működéséhez, ezt a tanácsadást a Team Academy coachai biztosítják. A tanulmányok alatt szerzett tapasztalatoknak köszönhetően, a diploma megszerzése utáni 3 évben a diákok 42%-a saját vállalkozást indít. A Team Academy számos nemzetközi díjat nyert az oktatás innovációjával és a vállalkozóképzés fejlesztésével kapcsolatban.

Department Of Public Policy At Central European University
Public policy today is in a global, multi-level crisis. Tipping the scales towards a more secure peace, social justice and environmental sustainability – to name but a few – requires innovative and entrepreneurial engagement for the common good. Building a multi-disciplinary and global institution committed to the values of open society and creating strong and flexible links between research and practice is one way of responding to what is, overall, a failure of policy elites to tackle the most urgent problems of our time. The Department of Public Policy at Central European University offers four master's degrees in public policy, and the public policy track of the Doctor of Philosophy in Political Science program. The degree programs are tailored for students from around the world seeking careers in the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors at the local, national, European Union and international levels. Successful engagement for the public good in today’s world also requires a better, fairer representation of diverging perspectives. To that end, DPP is vigorously inclusive, attracting both students and faculty from diverse backgrounds and tapping into a wide variety of knowledge sources. DPP’s students are the future social and political entrepreneurs, equipped to make innovative contributions towards resolving the paramount public policy challenges of the 21st century.

Karinthy Frigyes Gimnazium
There seems to be a parallel between the academic characters of Karinthy Frigyes Gimnázium and its namesake. Karinthy Frigyes, a famous Hungarian author, had the rare quality of being simultaneously light-hearted and serious. We strive to maintain the same quality, uniting rigorous academic standards with close, friendly staff-student relationship and a casual climate. We offer an array of extracurricular activities to challenge and broaden our students between their 9th and 13th grades before they can take their secondary school leaving examination. We work to develop inquiring, knowledgeable, lifelong learners and caring young people with intercultural understanding and respect. It is a state school, built in 1986 to the highest specifications. The Gimnazium has been designed to create an academic and purposeful atmosphere for everybody who works there. Sloping roofs combined with huge plate glass windows flood the interior of the building with natural light. There is a sense of space and freedom everywhere. International Baccalaureate In many respects Karinthy Frigyes Gimnazium is still in the early stages of its development and yet it has already rated some considerable accomplishments. Our reputation as an academic institution has been confirmed by the Hungarian government and the United Nation's World Bank, who have selected us for sponsorship to begin the International Baccalaureate, a globally accepted university entrance examination. The evident confidence placed in our school by both institutions is a clear measure of the success of the bilingual project and the increasing recognition of the school as a centre for academic excellence. The average grades of the IB students at Karinthy have always been amongst the highest in the world.

Economic, engineer, law, medical and psychology students are living together in Saint Ignatius Jesuit College. The multidisciplinarity of the College creates a unique professional atmosphere and provides the opportunity to learn and compare the views of different scientific disciplines. An essential part of college life is the voluntary work, done by the college members on their own initiative and driven by social responsibility and the need for creative activity. The college members organized the charity to help people in need. Another excellent example is our Roots Camp series, a movement that received the Junior Prima Award, which is designed for strengthening the identity of Hungarian pupils living in poverty outside of Hungary.
